How often does the electrical safety inspection need to be renewed?

It is required at least every 6 years for residential buildings, at least every 3 years for commercial and industrial facilities as well as public buildings, and at least every 6 years for rented properties.

How long does it take to receive the report?

We will prepare and hand over the measurement report within 1 week from the date of the review.

What happens if there is no valid inspection report?

The absence of the report can cause regulatory or insurance problems, and it can also present an issue during the sale of the property – the operator is responsible for compliance with the regulations.
